For your final words, always be gracious but leave them wanting for more. For example say, ‘Thank you (mention the name of the interviewer), I appreciate the time that you have dedicated to this interview. I am looking forward to speak with you again in the future.’
Remember that the media is always hunting for either new contact or new story ideas. If you ended the interview by mentioning the possibility of another up-coming event (like when the movie version of your book will be shown, your next book release, or your next guest appearance), you have just provided an impression to your interviewer and audience that more things will be expected from you.
